Everything animal and nature lovers could want. Beautiful, wide open spaces, lots of friendly animals, and quiet. Come sit with us and listen to a crackling fire while we try to count the stars in the sky. Ask Wrangler Roger to tell stories, play guitar and sing campfire songs. 
We have lots of games and activities for the kids. They will be exhausted after each day with nature hikes, pony rides, petting all the many animals, canoeing or kayaking. It's like summer camp for the whole family. It's like a mini-Dude Ranch for children and adults who want to remember simpler times. It's like a breath of fresh air. It's like visiting family. Our kids had a blast! All the animals were a huge amount of fun! Roger and his wife were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for families!

I brought my 12 year old granddaughter to Riverview Ranch to spend time together and to be around horses, as riding is her passion. I wanted someplace affordable and within a day’s drive. From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked the right place! We were greeted by a beautiful and friendly menagerie of dogs, pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs and of course, horses! Roger and Sabina allowed us to feed them all including a wheel barrel full of hay that we spread in a corral for the horses. Our hosts are very careful for the safety of their guests and their animals. Families can feel comfortable bringing children of every age to this place. It is both holsum and fun. You can turn off your devices and turn on to nature. I am so glad we choice the ranch over a spa weekend or less dusty experience ! Roger and Sabina are the most gracious of hosts, who let you see the work and devotion required to properly care of healthy animals. A great lesson for children and adults alike.
